Consider House 5863 for your next special event. We have a large event space and adjoining landscaped patio garden which together offer a great venue for your special occasion. We have hosted weddings, civil union ceremonies, birthdays, reunions  business meetings, art shows, retreats, after parties for film festivals, photo shoots for magazines and commercials.... well, you get the idea. Our space is unique, fun and accommodating. We will work with you to make your special event a true success. Our rates are quite reasonable in comparison to other venues. The basic rate for a four hour event is $750 and a full twelve hour event is $1500.  We gladly permit you to self-cater your event and bring in your own beverage service or other service providers.
