We offer five private guest rooms, each with its own private bath.  Each room features a king-sized bed.  All rooms are equipped with a flat panel television and free cable television and high-speed wireless internet access.

All rooms sleep two guests.  Room number 4 can accommodate an additional guest on a pull-out sofa for an additional guest charge.  If you are traveling with children under the age of 7, please contact us before booking your reservation.   All rooms and all private areas are non-smoking.

Reservations may be made online by clicking on the "Reservations" tab above or by calling us at 773-682-5217.  Our online calendar is up to date and generally shows our availability so we encourage you to check there first.  Upon booking, please make sure you receive a confirmation and please print that confirmation to bring with you.  Upon your arrival, the printed confirmation has your access information in the event that the host is not available to greet you at the property.

This area overlooks the park across the street from our property and is a comfortable area to take a break, enjoy a book, watch television or have a snack.  catch up on your email or research your dining options from our common area computer.

Kitchen area

Our kitchen area is fully equipped and stocked with the basics.  Our cooler is stocked with sodas and we always have fresh fruit and snacks available.

Our breakfast is continental and self-serve.  We feature a variety of cereals, muffins or croissants, eggs, bagels, fresh fruit, coffee, juice and milk.

Our kitchen area is accessible 24 hours, so you can follow your own schedule.

Special Events Area

We offer our 2,000 downstairs loft area for special events such as weddings, receptions, cocktail parties and corporate events.  In combination with our landscaped patio, this offers a very special location for your special event.

Special arrangements must be made in advance to book this area.  Catering options are available.

Rates start at $500 per day.
